New small update #1

In this update will be described what I plan to do with the project.

First is the poll that I made yesterday, since Gatling and Rocket launcher were voted for, I decided that it might not be a bad idea to add both. Meaning that I will start working on them as soon as possible.

Second is that current progress is going still but kind of slow, so updates will not be going out like toasts.

And third is the actual update.

Current HUD UI has only these, player can see how much money they have, state of the cycle and the health they have.

Cycle automatically ends if the player has zero health or he finishes the objective (amount of kill to get or a timer)

Enemy spawn system is based on following values:

  • Current spawned (already spawned)
  • Current spawned limit

Yeah currently there is not much of a progress, other than the fact that we have page for the game.

CoreRift update #2

Planed V0.1.0 as a public prototype test

Hello everyone! Today is the second update on the game, so lets get into it.

V0.1.0 public prototype

As the tittle says, I plan to make a prototype version to allow you all to give me feedback on it. I don’t know when it will release but I plan in the next update to make it out. As of now the current version of the game is 0.0.7.

Update #2

in this update, I mainly focused on the TD part, meaning that basic functionality for the tower defense game mode is finished.

Tower:

  • Turrets can be spawned anywhere without restriction, the only restrictions are that they can’t be built on: Enemy Path, other turrets, out of bounds.
  • Bug fixed: turrets not attacking targets after they leave the range

Enemies:

  • Enemies give money upon killing
  • Enemies deal damage to the base (50% of current enemy health)
